Our Vegetarian/Vegan/Gluten Free empanadas are made with a corn masa (dough) and filled with potatoes, tomatoes, scallions, onions and our traditional “sazon”. They come fully cooked and frozen in cases of 24 units.
To reheat in an oven: Preheat oven to 375º. Place empanadas on a tray, about 1/2 inch apart on a baking pan. Allow 12-15 minutes to fully reheat.
Keep Frozen Until Use- Shelf Life 6 months from date of manufacture
